Legal status of the center for adaptation of the civil service to the standards of the European Union.

Abstract
The content and nature of the legal status of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union were clarified as an immediate subject of information and analytical, expert and organizational support of the development of public administration, reinforcement of institutional capability of state service in Ukraine and its adaptation to standards of the European Union. It was stated that the legal status of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union is a complex category, which is characterized with universality and complexity, clear systemacy and stability. The author makes a conclusion that determining characteristics of the legal status of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union are its competency, organizational support (features of creation, reorganization and liquidation), structural support (features of system and structure) and functional support (features of functional realization of competence).
