Equality parties in proving under preliminary investigation

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of providing the parties to the criminal proceedings the right to file evidence under preliminary investigation. The necessity of ensuring the right of defense counsel to collect evidence under preliminary investigation by fixing procedural preliminary investigation by the investigating judge and defense counsel lodged details.
