National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in the System of Anti-Corruption Prevention and Counteraction.

Abstract
The article analyzes the conceptual apparatus in the sphere of prevention and counteraction of corruption. The concept of “prevention”, “counteraction” and their difference is outlined. The system of subjects in the sphere of counteraction and prevention of corruption, the analyzed subjective structure is determined. The place of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in the system of subjects of prevention and counteraction of corruption has been determined. The author's vision of the signs of the indicated specialized subject in the field under study is given.
