The judicial system and the criminal procedure aspects of criminal proceedings in the Ukrainian SSR in the postwar period (1945–1958).

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the investigation of the judicial system, as well as features of criminal procedural proceedings in criminal cases in the Ukrainian SSR in the postwar period (1945–1958). The article deals with the structure of the judicial branch of power, the peculiarities of its functioning and competence, and the influence of the executive authorities on the process of formation of the judicial corps, as well as the implementation of justice. The general tendencies of criminal procedure proceedings in the post-war period are substantiated.
