Rationale for application of norms of financial control mechanism in respect of persons ceased to perform functions of state or local self-government

Abstract
The paper demonstrates gaps in legal field and absence of synchronization of regulatory and enforcement of anti-corruption legal norms of financial control mechanism in Ukraine in respect of persons ceased to perform functions of state or local self-government. It undermines effectiveness of its actions as a whole. The conclusion is about necessity and expediency of securing provision, under which norm on illicit enrichment remains in effect in respect of persons, ceased to perform public governmental functions, for a period of five years.
