Formation and development of the institution of patronage service in Ukraine: separate problems

Abstract

In the article the author raises questions of the definition and solution of the problems of the regulatory legal regulation of the patronage service in Ukraine. The author raises the problems of the need for legislative determination of the status of assistant judge. It is determined that the current legislation is rather fragmentary and in completely solved problems of the regulation of public relations associated with the admission and dismissal of an assistant judge, as a result leads to legal uncertainty of the relevant procedures. The author under lines the necessity of forming special norms of legislation in the part of establishing human rights and freedoms.
