Abstract
In the article the subsume and the specific objects of the crime envisaged by Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal production, making, purchasing, storage, transportation, sending or sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues) are researched. The concept of health of population is considered.
