Legislative regulation of the use of the Internet to prevent crime: the main problems and ways to solve them.

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of legislative regulation of the use of the Internet to prevent crime. The analysis of the current legislation on this issue is carried out. The structure of the Law of Ukraine “On the use of the Internet for prevention of crime” is proposed.
