European Court of Human Rights in the mechanism of the human rights function of the state.

Abstract
European Court of Human Rights serves as functional guidance is law enforcement, and in this sense he promotes the institutionalization of human rights protection functions of the State, highlighting key “pain points” of human rights in modern European societies that are certainly different, however skillfully shared vision of human dignity. In this role his European Court of Human Rights largely determined the development of national human rights institutions during the last 20 years and remains a powerful ideological “point of gravity” for the state law enforcement in Europe.
