Administrative-legal mechanism of rational use of land resources.

Abstract
The article analyzes the state of the administrative-legal aspect of land resources of Ukraine and the problem of de- terioration of the quality of land, irrational use of land. Proposed directions of the administrative-legal mechanism of effective use of lands and their legal protection.
