Normative-legal acts regulating the administrative relations in the sphere of educational services

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, a list and reviewed regulations governing administrative legal relations in the sphere of education. It was constructed key system of regulations in education Given the structural analysis of the legislation, identified some shortcomings of some of regulations governing administrative legal relations in the sphere of education.
