Abduction as a criminal law concept.

Abstract
In the article, both in the historical aspect and from the standpoint of the current criminal legislation of Ukraine, the concept of the theft of another’s property is analyzed. It is concluded that the legislator does not use this concept in the text of the Criminal Code. It is proposed to return the concept of theft to the criminal law plane and define it at the normative level.
