Legal basis for the prevention of man-made space debris

Abstract
The article examines the legal aspects of the problem of debris in near-Earth space. The necessity of the formation of an international legal mechanism for the protection of outer space from clogging. It is proposed to fix the duty of the subjects of international space law for the prevention of space debris. The necessity of elaboration and conclusion of a multilateral agreement to clean up near-Earth space.
