Abstract
Some problems of a criminal legal nature are considered regarding the hospitalization of a mentally ill per- son in a psychiatric institution with strict supervision as a type of compulsory medical measures. It is proposed to clarify part 5 of art. 94 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
