On the issue of the invalidity of the copyright agreement

Abstract
The article deals with the application of the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine in resolving the issue of in- validity of the copyright contract. It is proposed to make amendments to clause 2 of Part 1 of Art. 216 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
