A CONSTRUÇÃO DA ESTRATÉGIA NUMA ORGANIZAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL – COMO OBTER OS MELHORES RESULTADOS

Abstract
Th is article presents the strategic planning methodology developed by an educational organization and the theoretical referentials that serve as the basis for the method used. It highlights the concepts that interconnect the organizations management to education and the fundaments of the strategy, dynamic capabilities and organizational learning emphasizing the use of the contemporary balanced scorecard. Building up from these concepts it describes SENAC-RS’s methodology of strategic planning and its democratic, open and participative features. It concludes that the best practices, described by the business administration thinkers can be applied to educational organizations, according to its pedagogical goals.
