A Descriptive Study on Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Stroke is a rapidly developing clinical symptoms and/or signs of focal, and at times global, loss of cerebral function, with symptoms lasting more than 24 hours or leading to death, with no apparent cause other than that of vascular origin. This prospective observational study is done describe the demographic characteristics, risk factors, prognostically important clinical features and general outcome of the patients presenting with ischemic stroke in a tertiary care center in Nepal.
