A FEW COMMENTS ON THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE RULE OBLIGATION TO IMPROVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Abstract
The article shows why employees must know that their own desire for development and enhancing professional competence has given them place on labour market. One of the conditions for maintaining the company on positive productivity level is investment in human capital, so indicated basic rules of improvements of professional qualifications for employees, based on Polish labour code and also benefits which are connected with their implementation. This is very important because it creates good relations, agreement and loyalty between employees and employers. In this article discussed types of benefits that an employee would receive, if previously employer initiated or agreed to improvement of professional qualifications. Additionally, it was noted that for employers who are going to create a training fund in the workplace, legislator has provided a few options of reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with improvement of professional qualifications for employees.<br/><br/>
