A HARMFUL AGREEMENT AS A RESULT OF THE SITUATION AND TERMINATION OF CORPORATE RIGHTS

Abstract
The general approaches to the understanding of corporate rights are investigated. The peculiarities of the inheritance contract as a separate ground for the emergence of corporate rights of economic entities are established. As compared to other ways of occurrence and termination of corporate rights, the advantages of using precisely the inherited contract are revealed. The problems and disadvantages of modern legal regulation are determined. The need for legislative changes is proved.
