A HUMAN IN LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the question of human understanding in the law. The descriptive, attributive and substantive approaches to this understanding are analyzed in it. The development of legal human understanding in different historical epochs, as well as the terms used by the law to designate a person, is explored.
