A judicial resolution to leave a child abroad without consent of one of the parents: procedural principles and legal "problems"

Abstract
This article is devoted to the practical research of the judicial proceeding of cases on claims about permission to leave a child abroad without accompanying and consent one of the parents. During writing this article the legal specific of the judicial proceeding of this category of cases are analyzed, the legal «problems» of realization of children’s rights are examined and possible ways of their solution are suggested.
