Abstract

The city social infrastructure and the social services it provides are one of the key indicators of the quality of living. For this reason, the implementation of systems of managing their elements is a very relevant and sought-after issue. The proposed mechanism for ensuring the development of the city social infrastructure provides for the phased implementation of the management process and the selection of its key elements such as: current monitoring of the development of the city social infrastructure (based on the assessment of subjective and objective indicators), defining the prospects for the implementation of human development opportunities for the city population, making scenario forecast of development trends in social infrastructure, development of a set of measures for its improvement, provision of feedback on the quality of social services and satisfaction of consumer complaints, as well as assessment of the performance of the reforms and activities. The developed mechanism allows to achieve the maximum possible results in providing the city human development that is best designed to the current needs of the community.
