Abstract

This article examines the place and role of work culture as a component of business culture. The main objective of the study is to develop the composition and interconnection of elements that provide work culture in the system of business culture, and to justify the procedure for its implementation. This article discusses the elements of work culture as a component of business culture. It studies its influence on the formation of a positive image of the country. The presented systematization of work culture makes it possible to reveal its influence on the formation of a positive image of the country, to establish factors that hinder the establishing the values of market and corporate culture, determine the ways to neutralize them; to ensure the development of culture of work at all levels of the Ukrainian society by including in the government programs of socioeconomic development socio-cultural principles in general and labor culture, in particular. Methods and algorithms have been developed to select a comprehensive set of management tools for strengthening the components of the culture of work in business culture. The findings of this research can be used by local selfgovernment leaders and by researchers in the sphere of work culture.
