A new paradigm of membership and mechanism for managing profitable cooperative enterprises and organizations of Ukraine

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to develop new conceptual approaches and mechanisms for improving the efficiency of enterprises and consumer cooperatives, which can become one of the potential “points of economic growth”, especially in rural areas. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization. Findings. The article reveals a new paradigm of membership and the profit management mechanism of cooperative enterprises and organizations of Ukraine. Practical value. In order to increase the efficiency of the socio-economic activities of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperation, a set of indicators of social efficiency of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperation has been proposed.
