A Porous Carbon Material of Organic Raw Materials of Vegetable Nature as an Electrode Component for Electric Double-Layer Capacitors
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2014, Vol 15, Issue 4
Abstract
In this paper we present investigations of nanoporous carbon materials from organic raw materials of vegetable nature appropriate to be used as an electrode component in supercapacitors with an aqueous electrolyte. For such materials the principal energy - capacity characteristics are determined. Some types of supercapacitors based on the obtained materials are developed and their parameters are investigated.

The Changes of Structure and Electrical Properties of Thin Films During Long-Term Aging
The changes of surface structure and electrical properties of crystalline thin films of ternary compounds (La, Y, Sc)-(Ni, Fe)-Ge with metal content not more than 50 at. percent, which are obtained by vacuum deposition,...
The Solution of Applied Problems of Complex Compounds with the d-Elements Central Atoms Surrounded by Octahedral Ligand Based on the Theory of Crystal Field
The crystal field theory as applied to complex compounds of d-elements surrounded by octahedral ligans was described. Ligand field causes the splitting of d-orbitals, which is characterized by the energy splitting Δo. Th...
The Influence of High-Dispersed Barium Titanate, in Films With Addition of, and Based on Poly(Vinylidene) Fluoride), on Structure and Electrophysical Properties of Ones
With the aim of creation of effective electret materials, the composite films, based on poly(vinylidenefluoride) (PVF), in addition with segnetoelectric of barium titanate (BaTiO3) were obtained in concentrationrange of...
Methods of Synthesis of Nanodispersed Iron Oxides
