À PROPOS DE LA DICHOTOMIE « POSSESSION INALIÉNABLE » VS « POSSESSION ALIÉNABLE » EN YOWLÈ, LANGUE MANDÉ-SUD DE CÔTE D’IVOIRE

Abstract
Abstract: Tradition devoted, in terms of the analysis of some languages such as Mande languages, a well-known dichotomy: that of “inalienable possession” vs “alienable possession.” Given what seems to be inadequate with this conceptual couple regarding the facts, we propose, in this paper, to revisit this issue of possession in terms of localization. It seemed, it fact, based the on enunciation data, that the concepts of symmetric localization relation and dissymmetric localization relation would renew the problematic and outline the best answers to the questions raised by this dichotomy. Résumé: La tradition a consacré, pour l’analyse de certaines langues telles que les langues mandé, une dichotomie bien connue : celle de « possession inaliénable » vs « possession aliénable ». Compte tenu de ce qui nous semble être une inadéquation de ce couple conceptuel au regard des faits, nous proposons, dans la présente réflexion, de renouveler cette problématique de la possession en la pensant en termes de localisation. Il nous est apparu en effet, en nous fondant sur les données énonciatives, que les concepts de relation de localisation symétrique et de relation de localisation dissymétrique permettraient de renouveler la problématique et d’esquisser de meilleures réponses aux questions que soulève cette dichotomie.
