A Rare Reason for Gastrointestinal System Bleeding: Aortoenteric Fistula

Abstract
Aorto-enteric fistula is a clinical table with a high incidence of rare mortality among causes of gastrointestinal bleeding. Aorto-enteric fistulas, seen as primary and secondary, develop most frequently after aortic graft operation. Anamnesis plays a very important role in the diagnosis of this tablast, which is first unreasonable in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding. In this article, we report a case of a 75-year-old male patient with gastrointestinal bleeding who was diagnosed with aortic dissection and aorto-enteric fistula after CT angiography and aortic graft sheath CT which could not determine the bleeding center despite repeated endoscopies.
