Abstract

Schinus molle L. (Anacardiaceae), also known as Brazilian pepper tree, is a tree which is short and has thin, long leaves and it is often used in subtropical climates for landscaping. Schinus spp. has been traditionally used as medicine by indigenous people throughout the tropics .
