A Review on Natural Convection in Nanofluid Flow
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2015, Vol 22, Issue 2
Abstract
The Heat transfer is performed in three forms including conduction, convection and radiation. Convection is one of the major modes which classifies into three categories: natural, mixed or forced convection. In recent years, much attention was given to the use of natural convection with nanofluid in engineering application, satellite, cooling system, solar collector etc. and many studies were conducted in this area. This paper reviews some results of numerical, experimental and theoretical studies in the field of natural convection heat transfer with nanofluid and application of natural convection. Finally, some suggestions are given for future studies in this area.

Current Control of the Single-Phase Full-BridgePower Inverter
This paper shows the Matlab/Simulink implementation of the current control in a single phase full-bridge power inverter. In order to increase the performances of the power inverter an LC filter is connected at the input....
Aspects regarding Influence of Voltage Disturbances upon Reluctance Synchronous Motors Operation
In this paper there is analyzed, by simulation, the behavior of a reluctance synchronous motor, in case of two dynamic states caused by modifying the supply voltage. The mathematical model used, the Matlab program and th...
On the Magnetic Flux Density Analytical Calculation in the Air-Gap of Electric Machines with Wide Open Slots
The magnetic flux density distribution in the air-gap of electric machines with wide open slots is discussed in the paper. The finite element methods (FEM) obtained results are compared with that calculated analytic esti...
Contributions to the Transient Study of an Electric Motor with Shorted Moving Coil
In this article is studied the transient regime of an electric motor with a shorted moving coil, into alternating current supplied. The authors present their contributions related to the conceiving, achieving and testing...
Attenuation of Road Traffic Noise by Vegetation in Urban Spaces
The last decades of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century have been characterized by rapid urban growth of cities, which resulted in overcrowding and the lack of land. The aftermath of such circumstances...
