A SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL APPROACH TO BUILDING A RESOURCE CONSUMPTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Abstract
In the article it is proved that according to the current experience in the analysis of economic activity, indicators of resource intensity of any enterprise, or industry, represent a ratio of the value of consumption of material resources and energy to the volumes of output, and thus characterize the effectiveness of their main activities. A scientific and practical approach to building a resource management system for products in the construction industry has been developed on the basis of modern experience in the practical use of economic and mathematical methods and models, as well as existing development trends, which will make it possible to obtain recommendations for increasing the production output.
