STATISTICAL EVALUATION OF THE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The essence and peculiarities of functioning of the real estate market, including residential real estate as an object of statistical research, have been determined and its present state and development have been described. Regulatory and legal support of statistical research of real estate market of Ukraine has been processed. Present information and statistical support has been reviewed and the system of statistical indicators used for the analysis of the residential real estate market has been grounded. Main statements of methodology of the construction of the system of statistical indicators used for investigation of the residential real estate market in Ukraine have been improved. The expediency of application of certain economic and statistical methods for the investigation of the residential real estate market has been considered.
