A simple Mathematical Fuzzy Model of Brain Emotional Learning to Predict Kp Geomagnetic Index
Journal Title: International Journal of Intelligent Systems and Applications in Engineering - Year 2014, Vol 2, Issue 2
Abstract
In this paper, we propose fuzzy mathematical model of brain limbic system (LS) which is responsible for emotional stimuli. Here the proposed model is utilized to predict the chaotic activity of the earth’s magnetosphere. Numerical results show that the correlation of the results obtained from the proposed fuzzy model is higher than non-fuzzy models. Hence, the proposed model can be applied in real time chaotic time series prediction.

Speed Control of Direct Torque Controlled Induction Motor By using PI, Anti-Windup PI and Fuzzy Logic Controller
In this study, comparison between PI controller, fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and an anti-windup PI (PI+AW) controller used for speed control with direct torque controlled induction motor is presented. Direct torque cont...
Process modelling and simulation of a Simple Water Treatment Plant
Water treatment plants are likely to experience problems such as the water level both in the filter cells and in the tanks tend to fluctuate widely. These create the potential for partial drainage, overflow, and potentia...
A Note on Entropy Subsethood Relationship
We comment on subsethood measure defined by Kosko and Young and give some new aspects of these measures. Finally we would like to discard the entropy subsethood relationship established by the authirs. We present some pr...
