A Sociological Reading on Organised Criminality in Turkey in the Transformation Process

Abstract

This study, in general, organized crime, the manifestation of the manner of leaving the extant definition efforts in Turkey change process linked to organized crime, the emergence of the roots, structure and activities of the sociologically investigates. In our country, organized crime in the emergence and spreading of economic structures in the instability, high inflation, countries in the management of short-term political authority, blanks, issued laws enough not apply, bureaucratic and political area kohlrabi the presence of, the years of terror, healing, growing urban tensions and liberal tendency such as the many factors an important role. In this study, especially in the 1980s began, and 90 years in the faster the growing political and economic developments, organized crime groups promoting healing and the different dimensions contributed to. After years of the 2000s, organized crime in our country has undergone a serious transformation.
