A study of Endometrial Pathology in abnormal uterine bleeding

Abstract
ABSTRACT Introduction : - Abnormal Uterine Bleeding is a commonest symptom in gynecology opd. - Endometrial curettage is a diagnostic step in AUB. - This study was done to evaluate Histopathology of endometrium to identify the cause of DUB. Method : - This study was done at Smt NHL Medical College, Smt SCL Hospital, Ahedabad. 120 patients presented with AUB from june 2016 to Sept 2017 - undergone for Ultrasound and Endometrial sampling. Result : - In Histopathological examination, Proliferative endometrium (38%), Simple Hyperplasia without Atypia (35%), Secretory (9%). Conclusion : - Endometrial lesion is a specific and commonly dysfunction in origin in all age group and need to be evaluate for proper management.
