The statistical analysis was done by Chi –square test, unpaired t-test, Z-test (Standard Error of difference between two proportions) was calculated by SPSS 19 version software.Result:In our study we have studied that The average Age in Group A was 42 ± 3.42 Years and Group B was 43 ± 2.98 comparable (P>0.05, df=68,t=1.67);the male and female sex ratio was 1.33 and 1.69was comparable (P>0.05, df=1, X2=0.23). Thepost operative pain at Day 1 was significantly higher in Group A was8 ± 3.45as compared to Group B was 6± 4.12 (t = 2.2019 ,df=68,p<0.03);Similarly significantAt day Day 6was 7 ± 4.56and 4 ± 2.34 (t=3.24,df=68,p<0.02) and at 1 month was 4 ± 3.92and2 ± 1.92 (t=4.56,df=68,p<0.01) . Conclusion:It can be concluded from our study that from our study thatHernia Repair byNon-fixation was superior as compared toFixation of Mesh inExtra peritoneum with respect to less post operative pain (VAS), less operative time, less no. days in hospital and less Urinary retention
