Result: In our study we have found that The incidence was maximum in 3rd to 5th decade (59%) and mean age was 41 Yrs. (Range 32-51Yrs.). Out of 136 patients 68% patients were males and 32% patients were females. The majority of the patients were of Abscess formation i.e. 25.00%, followed by Other -19.12%, Fissure-10.29%, Pleural effusion -7.35%, Fistula and Appendicitis-5.15%, Pneumothorax and Pancreatitis and Head injury -4.41%, Lymphadenopathy-3.68%, Abdominal koch’s and Cellulitis -3.68%, Hydrocele - 2.94%. Majority of the patients recovered from the illness after pro er surgical conditions i.e. 67.65%, 22.06% of the persons improved the condition, 6.62 % referred to higher centre for speciality care and Death occurred only in the 3% Conclusion: It can be concluded from our study that outcome of the various surgical procedures concerned the outcomes were very excellent and the death rate was very less i.e. only 3% so to make the life of people living with HIV the all surgical procedures should be done to make their life more tolerable should make the life of HIV patients disability free with the possible less complications of surgeries by giving appropriate HAART medicines.
