The diagnostic efficacy of the cholnagiogram and USG was analysed by Sensitivity and specificity calculated by Medcal software. Result: In our study we have seen that The majority of the patients were in the age group 40-50 were 34.29%, 40-50 were 25.71%, >60 were 20.00%, 40-50 were 25.71%, 20-30 were 5.71%. The majority of the patients were Female were 68.57% followed by Male were 31.43%. Sensitivity of Cholangiogram was 82.61%, Specificity was 91.67 %, Positive Likelihood Ratio- 9.91, Negative Likelihood Ratio-0.19, Accuracy was 85.71%.Conclusion: It can be concluded from our study that USG was superior as compared to introperative Cholangiogram with respect to high sensitivity and specificity for detection of missed CBD stones
