A Study on Long Term Solvency (Leverage) Analysis of Select Cement Companies in Meghalaya

Abstract

Finance is regarded as the life blood of a business. It is one of the foundations of all kind of activities. Management is interested in evaluating every activities of the firm. It is for the company to find out the long term requirement to meet its long term debt obligation. Leverage or long term funds indicate the proportion between owner’s funds and non-owners funds the present study is analysis the Long term solvency position of selected cement companies in Meghalaya, the secondary data were used for this study and analysis the data by using of two way ANOVA, Mean, SD, Annual, Linear, compound growth average and Correlation finally it conclude that companies belong to the same industry followed a different debt equity position during the study period.
