A Study on Management Practices in a Private School and Public School

Abstract
With surge in increasing number of Schools heavy competition in Education system in today’s world that we see Schools are raising like mushrooms. The institutions are trying their best to make their presence felt among others through various sources of advertisements and promotions. Today’s youth being internet savvy, the educational institutions are catching up slowly and steadily in the digital schools in education sector in Maharashtra. Therefore there is an immediate need to explore the various methods, sources by which the institution can rapidly increase their applicant pool and their brand image. The purpose of the study is to examine the practices of management of the both private and public school. Study existing management practices adopted by private school and the Public School. Evaluate the quality of education in Private school and the Public School and to evaluate the available infrastructure facilities of Private School and the Public School and to suggest the appropriate measures for proper management of the schools.
