A Survey on Coverage and Connectivity Issues Surrounding Wireless Sensor Network

Abstract
Wireless sensor network is a growing area for research and development. With the advancement in wireless sensor network it contribute great efforts in various applications like military surveillance, security, scientific application environmental applications etc. The main problems in wireless sensor network are coverage and connectivity. To measure the accurate degree of high coverage and maintained connectivity the optimal strategies of node deployment should be in consideration. Coverage and connectivity together can be treated as a measure of quality of service in a network. In this survey, we present several issues of coverage and connectivity in a sensor network.
