A Survey on Form and Figure in Architecture

Abstract
The concepts Gestalt and Form are in close relationship with each other. Both are driven from Forma in Latin language. So, we can describe them. Gestalt or form is: visible totality, inscribed in a limited area, more or less composed of components and has overall unity in presentation of an object, in the aesthetic form or figure is: appearing a feeling and demonstrating an object and this is a kind of expression that put itself against judgment. Both concepts state the appearance of an object but they are not equal.
