Abstract
Positive organizational behaviour, which is based on positive psychology and focuses on positive behaviours rather than negative behaviours in organizations has been investigated in recent years. As a result of this approach which presents a new perspective for the organizations, positive psychological capital has emerged, which is behind social and human capital and includes psychological capacities of individuals such as selfefficacy, hope, optimism and resiliency. The study aims to determine the relationship between positive organizational behavior and positive psychological capital, distinctive characteristics of these approaches compared to other positive approaches and the effect of positive psychological capital on organizational psychology. It is expected that the understanding the roots and components of positive psychological capital and the new perspective in organizational psychology will contribute the future investigations and development of the concept.
