A VOCATION FOR MEDICINE – TAKING CARE OF PATIENTS

Abstract

Medicine occupies a most special place among other human activities exactly because as science it’s strongly combined with an immaterial, humanistic approach. This approach is based upon genuine sympathy for people, which is not scientific by its nature. It could be introduced in any area of human activity, but medicine definitely must not exist out of it.
