Maxillary denture in atrophic ridges should be as light weight as possible that will give the retention stability support to maxillary denture Rehabilitation of such a condition is very difficult due to inadequate support from Hard and soft tissue This technique describes a novel method for fabrication of a hollow maxillary complete denture Usage Abgel its a absorbable gelatin sponge this is placed into cavity left by the silicone putty index Zhermack Zetaplus C Silicone which gives suitable dimensions between acrylic resin and the denture base resin Abgel is weightless sterile readily availableKeywords Atrophic ridges Hollow denture Abgel Gelatine spongue
