About a Determination of the Concept «Free Practice» for Sea Vessels in Seaports of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article, a legal support of service customs formalities on the marine transport is researched. The author addresses a perspective of the updated customs and marine legislation of Ukraine concerning determination of the legal concepts used by it, in particular, the concept «free practice». It is marked that the modern legal regulation of service customs formalities on the marine transport is developed at rather high level, however, it isn't deprived of shortcomings of rulemaking technique and some gaps.
