About Mystic Content of Sufian Philosophy

Abstract

The article reviews the main characteristics of mysticism, as a characteristic feature of Sufism. As a whole, Sufism is represented both as a spiritual teaching and as a philosophy of knowledge. The Sufi, who pushes the soul and spirit away from material relationships, fills his soul with the spiritual divine beauty, and thus grasps the spiritual maturity that allows him to be in contact with the Active mind. At the same time, he (or she) develops both moral and epistemologically mature self-consciousness. Simple self-awareness before reaching this maturity is an ambiguous self-awareness associated with the real world. The analysis of the mysticism problem is based on various scientific sources. It is emphasized that the mysticism of Sufism had a certain influence on the development of the spiritual culture of the East. Questions of Sufi philosophy and mysticism, as an integral part of this philosophy, have always attracted the attention of researchers. In addition to the whole Pleiad of the Sufis themselves, some of which had a significant influence on the formation of the spiritual thought of many nations and world culture, the questions of mysticism and Sufi philosophy are dealt with professional researchers. The directions of research are connected with the definition of the content of these concepts, forms of manifestation and the role that they performed and continue to fulfil in the spiritual development of people, the formation of public consciousness. Islamic mysticism in the middle Ages was also one of the ways of spreading the Islamic religion outside the Arabian Peninsula, for centuries it had a great influence on poetry and music, thereby playing a key role in shaping Islamic culture. This influence continues to this day.
