Abstract
Fondurile Structurale şi de Coeziune (FSC) reprezintă în fapt instrumentele financiare prin care Uniunea Europeană acţionează pentru eliminarea disparităţilor economice şi sociale între regiuni, în scopul realizării coeziunii economice şi sociale. S-a avut în vedere analiza sumelor intrate de la Uniunea Europeană, ce se regăsesc în Balanţa de plăţi, atât din punct de vedere al evoluţiei, cât şi a structurii, subliniind importanţa acestora în dezvoltarea ţării noastre.
