Abusive clauses and the consumer – Selected measures that protect against unauthorized clauses

Abstract
This article shows the problems connected with the protection of consumer rights, and unfair terms which are often used in contracts concluded with consumers. More specifically, this article provides measures aimed at protecting the consumer from individual adverse consequences from the agreement in accordance with applicable provisions in the civil law.
