ACCESS TO ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF PORTUGAL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current legislation of the Republic of Portugal on access to environmental information. The concept of «environmental information» is analized, procedure for obtaining, forms, terms, reasons for refusal to receive environmental information. Particular attention to the methods of realization of the right to obtain environmental information is devoted.
