MEDIATION AS A MODERN AND EFF ECTIVE WAY OF PEACEFUL RESOLUTION OF INTERNATIONAL CONFLICTS

Abstract
The article deals the aspect of peaceful resolution of international conflicts. The author gives a reasoned explanation of the difference between the concepts of “international dispute” and “international conflict”. The main importance attaches to the question of peaceful ways of solving international problems. To the author’s mind, mediation can be considered an effective way of resolving conflicts at the international level. It is this modern way that will allow conflicting parties to solve the problem.
